Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You add one DNS record at your domain provider, once. We send you the exact values and check the record for you.
What does my client see?
A page at your address with your logo and your colours. They choose files and upload them. No account, no app.
How long are the files kept?
On the Free plan, 7 days. On Essential and Professional, files stay until you delete them – with 100 GB or 1 TB of storage.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Germany. You conclude the data processing agreement (DPA) directly in your account.
Can I send files to clients too?
Yes. You upload the file and get a download link at your address.
Can I use my own domain on the Free plan?
No. Free is there to try Littletug out: your upload page runs at yourname.littletug.cloud in the Littletug design, and you can test it with real clients straight away – free of charge and without a credit card. Your own domain, logo and colours come with Essential. You can switch at any time.
